About Me

I worked for 30 years in the NHS in a rewarding career, and yet there was something not quite right. Life was tolerable, so why did I feel like I was wading through treacle?

“Is this what everyone feels like?” I wondered.  “Is life meant to be this hard?”

And: “So many people have things so much tougher than me, surely I just need to grit my teeth and get on with it?”

Going to therapy transformed my life, and I’m passionate about facilitating that journey for others.

It’s never too late to embrace life’s richness.
